With over 10 years’ specialist recruitment experience in the legal sector, Gerard presently recruits legal and compliance professionals into in-house roles in Asia (ex Japan). Since joining Legal Futures in 1999, Gerard has developed a strong track record of successfully undertaking assignments in the private practice and in-house legal and compliance sectors across a number of Asian jurisdictions including Hong Kong, Singapore, and the PRC. In his current role as Managing Partner, Gerard is responsible for developing the legal and compliance practice in Hong Kong and the Greater China region.

Charlotte is a Consultant in the Hong Kong office and takes responsibility for assignments across both the private practice and in-house legal and compliance sectors. Prior to joining Experis Legal Futures, Charlotte worked in project management focused roles in the professional service environment in both the UK and Australia, and is now utilising the skills developed to commence her career in the recruitment industry.
